- gen_demo_deck.py: Generates 11-slide demo presentation using Oracle FY26 template. LLM-agnostic messaging (works on Claude, Codex, GPT, Gemini). Before/After comparison, 14 live prompts in table format. - examples/output-demo-pharma-mx/: Complete deliverable set for a pharma migration scenario (ExaCS X6 → OCI ExaCS X11M, dual-region DR, SOX). One file per skill option (1-14): pptx, drawio, pdf, xlsx, json, yaml. - Improved prompts: richer discovery context (SOX compliance, dual FastConnect, Hub-Spoke, OCI Vault), intentionally flawed arch for WA review (1/23 passed), DEP field findings, ECAL gap analysis.
