## M4 — Hardening e entrega
Implementado e concluído em 2026-09-14 (mesma sessão do M3). Cobre EP-15 (testes de segurança/adversariais) completo, EP-16 (deploy final/documentação) completo, e os dois modos de integração multiagente do ADR-024 (EP-13-T05/T06, ambos `should`/`could` mas implementados):

**M4, ressalvas (2026-09-14):**

credential this Orchestrator may ever dispatch a given offering with is the
one belonging to the client whose entitlement actually authorized it (Axiom

"""Modo B -- Service Orchestrator como unico cerebro de NBA/NBO (EP-13-T06,
`could`, ADR-024, README.md §6.12).
Contrast with `emcp_bus.agent_runtime.global_supervisor` (Modo A, EP-13-T05):
there, an external Global Supervisor decides routing and our Orchestrator
never participates. Here, our own Orchestrator -- the real journey
`StateGraph` (EP-11-T02), invoked once per relevant MCP Client for the same
subject -- is the *only* thing that ever decides which backend acts; no
external Global Supervisor is consulted at all. Each backend/agent still
remains its own MCP Client with its own entitlement ceiling (ADR-008); this
class only combines what each of them is independently allowed to offer.
Deliberately does **not** extend `emcp_bus.orchestrator.graph.JourneyState`/
`build_journey_graph` to natively span multiple `client_id`s in one run --
that graph is already real, tested, and used unmodified per client_id here
(`README.md §6.12`'s fixed backbone: `resolve_profile -> resolve_entitlement
-> filter_offerings -> decide_nba -> approval_gate`); the *combining* step
across clients lives in this module instead, one layer above the graph,
exactly where `AgentDispatcher`'s own docstring already says post-decision
orchestration belongs ("one layer up"). A native multi-client journey graph
is a natural, larger future extension of EP-11-T02 -- not attempted here to

"""Modo A -- Global Supervisor externo (EP-13-T05, ADR-024, README.md §6.2).
ADR-024 defines two equally valid integration modes for a multiagent
platform sitting on top of the E-MCP-BUS:
- **Modo A (governança-somente)**: an external Global Supervisor (e.g. the
Agent Platform OCI reference, ADR-022's StateGraph/router) decides which
backend agent handles a conversation turn. Our own Service Orchestrator
(EP-11) does not participate in that decision at all.
- **Modo B (substituição completa, EP-13-T06)**: our own Service
Orchestrator computes the NBA/NBO directly, and drives handoff through
`emcp_bus.agent_runtime.handoff_graph.execute_handoff` with a real
`NBADecision` (EP-11-T03).
`GlobalSupervisor` below is Modo A's stand-in for that external platform --
deliberately simple, keyword-based routing (it is not, and must never
become, a security boundary) that never touches `emcp_bus.orchestrator` at
all (checked mechanically in `tests/unit/test_agent_runtime_global_supervisor.py`,
the same AST-import discipline `identity_resolver.py`, EP-12-T04, uses for
the same reason). This is *why* `global_supervisor.py` does not build on
`handoff_graph.execute_handoff`/`AgentDispatcher.dispatch` even though both
already exist (EP-12-T01/T03): those consume an `NBADecision`, which only
our own Orchestrator produces -- requiring one here would silently turn
Modo A into Modo B.
The actual security property Modo A must uphold (EP-13-T05's acceptance
criteria) does not live in this module at all: it lives in the fact that
each `BackendAgent` this class routes to resolves its own MCP
Client/entitlement completely independently (its own bearer token, its own
`tools/list`, EP-01/EP-05/EP-03) -- `GlobalSupervisor` never reads, stores,
or forwards one backend's credential to another. Routing to the "wrong"
backend, or a backend being tricked by a prompt into wanting to act outside
its own catalog, is always still caught downstream by the real Gateway/PDP,
exactly as for a single-agent deployment (README.md §29).

attacker-influenced text arriving as a `tools/call` argument value (or,
symmetrically, as a value inside a tool's JSON response the caller then
echoes back in a later call). This file proves that reduction holds: no

"""Adversarial protocol/identity scenarios (EP-15-T04, README.md §46).
Of the scenarios this task's backlog entry names -- replay, stolen token,
expired token, wrong-audience token, header/body mismatch, shared-cache
poisoning, entitlement race condition, approval replay -- several already
have real, live coverage elsewhere and are not duplicated here:
- **expired token** / **wrong-audience token** / **stolen token** (forged
signature): `tests/e2e/test_governed_gateway.py::test_expired_token_is_denied`
/ `test_wrong_audience_token_is_denied` / `test_forged_signature_token_is_denied`,
plus the unit-level equivalents in `tests/unit/test_authn.py`. A "stolen"
but genuinely *valid* token's containment (it cannot exceed its own
client's entitlement even though it authenticates successfully) is
README.md §45 Teste 10, proven live against real Docker in
`tests/e2e/test_security_acceptance.py::test_teste10_client_compromise_containment_against_real_docker`.
- **approval replay** (sequential):
`tests/e2e/test_governed_gateway.py::test_full_approval_cycle_grant_then_execute_then_replay_denied`
(and its Finance-domain twin). This file adds the *concurrent* variant
below, a genuinely different failure mode (a race on a single-use grant,
not a second sequential attempt).
- **shared-cache poisoning** (cross-client): README.md §45 Teste 5,
`tests/e2e/test_governed_gateway.py::test_sales_client_tools_list_never_includes_finance_tools`
and the real-Docker `cache_scope="private"` assertion in
`test_security_acceptance.py::test_teste5_cache_isolation_against_real_docker`.
This file adds the *revocation* angle below (no cache ever serves a
*now-stale* response either, not just never a cross-client one) --
closing the live-Gateway gap `test_security_acceptance.py` disclosed for
Teste 6 ("policy revocation", no HTTP endpoint exists to trigger one).
New here: header/body mismatch, replay (with an honest disclosed gap),
live policy revocation, entitlement race condition, approval replay under
concurrency, and bulk exfiltration.

"""Contract tests for the Sales domain server (EP-15-T01, README.md §7.1).
The MCP SDK auto-generates `input_schema` from each tool's Python signature
(real, per-field types/required -- verified empirically: a missing required
field or a wrong-typed one is rejected server-side via Pydantic, `is_error`
True, before this RI's own code ever runs) and *validates every call
against it* -- so `input_schema` conformance is exercised directly below,
not re-implemented. `output_schema`, however, is auto-generated from the
Python return type (`dict[str, object]` throughout this RI's example
servers) and comes out too generic (`additionalProperties: true`) to be a
meaningful contract on its own -- `CapabilityManifest` (EP-02-T01) does not
duplicate a schema either (the manifest's job is entitlement/risk metadata,
not shape). This file's own hand-written `jsonschema` per tool *is* the
practical output contract EP-15-T01 asks for, validated against the real,
running server -- not a schema nobody actually checks.

"""Security acceptance suite (EP-15-T02, README.md §45): the 10 formal tests,
automated, running against the **real `docker-compose.yml`** (`core` +
`identity` profiles) -- a real `docker compose up --build`, a real Keycloak
container, a real containerized Gateway/OPA/Sales/Finance, not the
in-process fixtures the rest of this suite uses for speed.
Session-scoped: bringing the stack up (build + Keycloak cold start) costs
~30-60s, too slow to pay per test. Skipped, not failed, if `docker` is not
on PATH (matching `opa_url`/`keycloak_url` elsewhere in this suite).
Coverage note, for the 3 tests not implemented directly against this stack:
- **Teste 3 (prompt injection)** is reproduced with a *real* LLM in
`tests/e2e/test_example_agent.py::test_prompt_injection_never_lets_a_sales_agent_execute_a_finance_payment`
-- duplicating a full LLM-tool-calling round trip *and* a full Docker
stack in the same test would be expensive for no additional coverage;
the two independent dimensions (real LLM behavior, real containerized
Gateway enforcement) are each proven once, not both at once.
- **Teste 6 (policy revocation)** has no HTTP-exposed "revoke" endpoint in
this RI (`EntitlementManager.revoke_client`/`revoke_profile`, EP-04-T03,
are in-process methods of a component a deployment embeds -- there is no
admin API surfaced through the Gateway to trigger one from outside the
process). It is exercised directly in `tests/unit/test_entitlement_manager.py`.
- **Teste 8 (token audience)** is proven against the same real Keycloak
realm/config in
`tests/e2e/test_real_keycloak.py::test_real_keycloak_token_rejected_for_wrong_audience`
-- that file's Keycloak container uses the identical `deploy/keycloak/realm-export.json`
this stack does, just launched via a bespoke `docker run` instead of this
compose file, for a faster per-file fixture; the IdP config under test is
the same either way.

## Contexto

# ADR-024: Posicionamento do E-MCP-BUS frente a plataformas multiagente externas
**Status:** Aceito.
