Os dois modos são testados explicitamente em `tests/e2e/test_governed_gateway.py`.
## M3 — Personalização e orquestração
Implementado e validado em 2026-09-14 (mesma sessão). Perfil → entitlement → ofertas filtradas → NBA → dispatch, ponta a ponta:
2. **Offering Filter** (`src/emcp_bus/offering_filter/`): `FilteredOfferings = ActiveCatalog ∩ MaximumEntitlement ∩ ConsentContext` — invariante de subconjunto provada com Hypothesis (2000 casos gerados, `tests/unit/test_offering_filter_invariants.py`).
6. **Langfuse self-hosted** (`deploy/langfuse/docker-compose.override.yml`, perfil `llm-observability`): adaptado do `docker-compose.yml` oficial do Langfuse (upstream, 2026-09-14) — 6 containers (web/worker/postgres/clickhouse/redis/minio).
Dependências novas: `langgraph`, `langgraph-checkpoint-sqlite`, `hypothesis` (dev), `openai`, `python-dotenv` (dev).

"""Example conversational agent (EP-13-T01, README.md §6.1, §14, §29).
Real LLM tool-calling (an OpenAI-compatible API, EP-13's `llm_client.py`),
restricted exclusively to the catalog its own `tools/list` call returns --
the agent's tool schema is built *from* that response, so it structurally
cannot offer the model a tool outside its own MaximumEntitlement. Even if a
prompt manipulates the model into attempting an out-of-catalog or
over-limit call anyway, `session.call_tool` still goes through the real
Gateway/PDP (EP-05/EP-03), which reauthorizes independently and denies it
(README.md §29's scenario, Teste 3 of §45 -- reproduced in
tests/e2e/test_example_agent.py) -- the agent's own restraint is never the
security boundary, the Gateway is.
Instrumentation is hybrid per ADR-022: an automatic OTel span per MCP call
(already wired via `emcp_bus.common.otel`, on by default on the SDK's own
`ClientSession`) plus one manual span per LLM call carrying OTel GenAI
semantic-convention attributes (`gen_ai.request.model`,
`gen_ai.usage.{input,output}_token_count`, ...) -- the exact attribute set
Langfuse's own OTel integration recognizes as a "generation" observation
with model/tokens/latency (EP-13-T02, verified 2026-09-14 against a real
self-hosted Langfuse 4.35.0: both the MCP spans and the generation span for
one real agent turn landed in its ClickHouse `events_core` table via the
real OTLP endpoint) -- plus one manual, fail-open business event
(`emcp_bus.audit.events.agent_turn_completed`) -- an audit-sink failure
never aborts the conversation.

"""Prompt versioning (EP-13-T04, `could`, README.md's Langfuse Prompt
Management use case).
A local, in-memory version store is the testable core of the acceptance
sobrescrever a anterior") -- syncing this same data to Langfuse's own Prompt
Management API (`langfuse.api.prompts.create`, one version per `publish()`
call) is a thin adapter over `PromptVersionStore`, not implemented here
since EP-13-T02 (Langfuse self-hosted) is config-only in this session (see
RI/README.md limitations) -- there is no running Langfuse instance to sync
to. `traces` (EP-13-T01's agent turns) would reference `PromptVersion.version`
the same way README.md §6 describes referencing a prompt version in a trace.

# EP-13-T02: Langfuse self-hosted (OSS edition), adapted from the real
# upstream reference (https://raw.githubusercontent.com/langfuse/langfuse/main/docker-compose.yml,
# fetched 2026-09-14) -- not hand-invented. Opt-in via the `llm-observability`
# profile (every service below is gated on it), decoupled from `core` so
# M0-M2 never depend on this heavy multi-service stack (6 containers:
# langfuse-web, langfuse-worker, postgres, clickhouse, redis, minio).
#
# Usage (from RI/):
# docker compose -f docker-compose.yml -f deploy/langfuse/docker-compose.override.yml \
# --profile core --profile llm-observability up --build
#
# Integration with this RI's own OTel plumbing (EP-08-T01, common/otel.py) --
# no code change needed, both env vars below are standard OTel SDK env vars
# the installed OTLP exporter already reads on its own:
# OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_ENDPOINT=http://langfuse-web:3000/api/public/otel
# OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_HEADERS=Authorization=Basic <base64(public_key:secret_key)>
# (Langfuse's own OTLP ingestion endpoint, /api/public/otel/v1/traces, GA
# since Langfuse v3.22 -- HTTP/JSON and HTTP/protobuf only, no gRPC, per
# Langfuse's own docs, confirmed 2026-09-14.) The public/secret API key pair
# is created once through the Langfuse UI (http://localhost:3000) after
# first boot, or pre-seeded via LANGFUSE_INIT_PROJECT_PUBLIC_KEY/
# LANGFUSE_INIT_PROJECT_SECRET_KEY below.
#
# All CHANGEME placeholders are upstream's own dev-only defaults -- replace
# them (see .env.example) before ever running this outside local dev.
# Make sure to update the credential placeholders with your own secrets.
# We mark them with # CHANGEME in the file below.
# In addition, we recommend to restrict inbound traffic on the host to langfuse-web (port 3000) and minio (port 9090) only.
# All other components are bound to localhost (127.0.0.1) to only accept connections from the local machine.
# External connections from other machines will not be able to reach these services directly.

"""Agent-to-agent handoff (EP-12-T03, `could`, README.md §6.13, ADR-022, ADR-023).
Two concerns, kept structurally separate on purpose:
1. **Context minimization** (`build_handoff_payload`): the destination agent
receives only an explicitly declared subset of the journey's context --
never the raw conversation history -- via `carry_keys`.
2. **Independent entitlement resolution**: this module has no code path that
copies, elevates, or otherwise reuses the origin agent's entitlement for
the destination. `execute_handoff` dispatches through the exact same
`AgentDispatcher` (EP-12-T01) any other call uses, which resolves the
destination agent's own MCP Client credential from scratch
(`AgentTokenProvider.token_for(target_agent)`) -- the Gateway/PDP
(EP-05/EP-03) then reauthorizes independently, precisely as ADR-023
requires (the Hoshikawa `agent_id`-in-payload anti-pattern this
guards against).
A full LangGraph subgraph (intra-process handoff via a conditional
back-edge) is natural once a real multi-backend agent demo exists
(EP-13-T05, M4) -- this RI's own journey graph (EP-11) already has exactly
one active agent per run, so there is no intra-process edge to add yet;
this module is the cross-process/cross-backend handoff primitive that
EP-13-T05 will build its subgraph on top of.

capability the client isn't entitled to (Axiom 8/11, README.md §6.11: "Uma

`ConsentContext` here models one concrete, real `CapabilityManifest` field --
`data_classification` -- rather than inventing illustrative fields (region,
channel, ...) the manifest schema doesn't actually carry (README.md §6.11's
list is explicitly illustrative, not a fixed contract). A production fork
extending manifests with more context dimensions would extend this
dataclass and the one predicate in `_matches_context`, without touching the

`ProfileView` out.
Determinism (EP-09-T02 acceptance criterion: same subject_ref + same time

"""Property-based tests for the Offering Filter's subset invariant (EP-10-T02,

FilteredOfferings ⊆ MaximumEntitlement ⊆ GlobalCatalog
This module tests the two sub-invariants `OfferingFilterService` actually
enforces -- `FilteredOfferings ⊆ ActiveCatalog` and
`FilteredOfferings ⊆ MaximumEntitlement` -- against 1000+ randomly generated
(catalog, entitlement) pairs. `MaximumEntitlement ⊆ GlobalCatalog` is a
property of how client profiles are *authored* (EP-04, against real registry
names), not something the filter can or should assume about its own inputs
(a profile YAML can legitimately reference a tool the Registry has since
deprecated -- README.md §6.6 lifecycle -- and the filter's job is precisely
to drop that gracefully, see `test_offering_filter.py`'s
`test_a_tool_not_in_the_active_registry_is_never_offered_even_if_entitled`,
which exercises the real SQLite-backed `RegistryStore`).
Uses an in-memory `ActiveCapabilitySource` stand-in (real `CapabilityManifest`
instances, no SQLite) so 1000+ generated cases run in-process -- this is
testing `OfferingFilterService`'s own set arithmetic, not Registry
persistence (already covered by tests/unit/test_registry.py and
test_offering_filter.py's real-`RegistryStore` tests).

Cobre RF-12 a RF-17.
**Caminho crítico:** EP-00 → EP-01/EP-06 (paralelos) → EP-05 (núcleo do PEP) → EP-02/EP-03/EP-04 (entitlement real) → EP-08 (correlação) → EP-09/EP-10 → EP-11 (Orchestrator) → EP-12/EP-13 → EP-15 (validação) → EP-16 (entrega).
`BackendConfig` ganhou `token_exchange_scope` (novo campo obrigatório no modo `token_exchange`).
