Generic, replaceable interface (versioned `ProfileView`, with `reasonCodes`), pluggable implementation.

## Alternatives Considered

Coupling to a specific vendor/taxonomy for segmentation.

## Consequences

EP-09 defines only the contract + reference stub (see P7).
